Simple tips for losing weight for everyone.

 

                                                 


Excess weight makes our daily work difficult. Moreover, the organs of our body do not work properly. Gradually they become inactive. That is why the body's immune system is weakened. Various diseases occur in our bodies. So, lose weight.

Here are 7 easy ways to lose weight-

1. Regular in the morning to drink a glass of water. Or 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one teaspoon of ginger juice mixed in lukewarm water, then drink.

 

2. You have to do half an hour to one hour morning walk every day. Or cycling, swimming, or skipping rope. Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes every day.


3. Eat a high protein breakfast in the morning at 8 am. That is why you will not get hungry.



 

 4. Drink plenty of water. Drink 3 to 3.5 liters of water every day. But,  do not drink water during meals. Drink water at least half an hour before or after meals.

 

5. You can drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea every day. It contains a lot of antioxidants. Or you can drink black coffee.

                            


 

6. Cut down sugary foods, fried foods, starchy foods from the daily food list. Avoid salt.

 

7. Eat lots of vegetables and salads.




 8. You must eat one fruit every day. Such as apple.

However, avoid fruit juices or any kind of soda drink as much as the market.

 

9. Do free-hand exercises every day. Join the gym at least three days.

                                               


10. Try to have dinner every day between eight and nine at night.

 

11. The most important thing is The body needs to rest. 8 to 9 hours every day. That means you have 8 to 9 hours of sleep. *However, sleep at noon should be avoided.

                             

 

 

NOTE- Not all exercises are for everyone. Because everyone's body is not the same. So consult an experienced physician or an experienced fitness trainer before losing weight.
